In juli bijzonder veel regen, maar augustus was een héél stuk beter: droger en ook heel wat warmer.*** En wat de activiteiten in onze stad betreft: wij hebben de indruk dat het nog geen enkel jaar zo druk was als nu in 2024\. Van Beeldig Lommel over de vele 'Lommel Leeft' activiteiten, de festivals (Rampage, Rockwood, Pinopop, Festivalletje, ....), de kermissen, enorm veel kids-kampen, Glasmarkt, aanloop naar Levensloop, het Rode Kruis dat 90 jaar werd, de motorcross, kermiskoersen, en ga zo maar door... Wij hebben getracht een mooi foto-overzicht te maken van de meeste van deze activiteiten, aangevuld met enkele bijzondere natuurfoto's van deze zomer.
