# 'Lommel Klinkt' - feestend het nieuwe jaar in

Naar goede gewoonte werden alle inwoners gisteren door het stadsbestuur uitgenodigd op het marktplein om het nieuwe jaar feestelijk in te zetten... Een biertje, glüwhein of soep hielp daarbij, net zoals **Aimé's Big Band**, die zorgde voor swingende muziek.

Ook was er de traditionele toespraak door burgemeester Bob Nijs, dit voor toch een wel massaal opgekomen publiek... Het was er dan ook bijzonder gezellig, en als dit een voorteken zou zijn voor het ganse jaar, dan wordt 2025 wel bijzonder goed! 

Nadien volgde het uitgestelde vuurwerk van oudjaar...
